Returns/Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the product isn’t completely right for you or you’re not entirely satisfied, we want to make it right. This is why we happily accept refunds on most unopened and in originally sealed items within 30 days of the original ship date.

We take the hygienic protocols outlined in Health Canada and the Food and Drug Act very seriously, in order to ensure our customers only receive products of the highest standard. This is why any products that have been opened, deemed opened and used, or deemed used cannot be returned, and we appreciate your understanding. 

Ready to return your item? Keep in mind that to be eligible for a refund, your items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in. To get your refund started, contact us through email with your order number and a representative will be happy to walk you through the process to return eligible items.

Please note that we’re unable to cover the shipping fees for return items and those will be at the customer’s expense. Once we quickly inspect your returned items, we’ll process your return to your original method of payment as fast as possible (usually within 1-3 business days). 

While customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do, please keep in mind that returns that aren’t properly initiated or that don’t meet our return policy will be regretfully returned to the customer at their expense.

How do I cancel an order?

Email us at [e-mail] with your order number and we can assist you with cancelling if your order has not yet been fulfilled. 

My order is being returned to sender, what do I do?

Failure to deliver your order due to incomplete address (missing unit/apt number, postal code error, etc.) and your parcel has been returned to sender. Email us at [e-mail] for assistance. We can reship your order and the customer pays for additional shipping charges.
