Thanks for your order! We’re on the move and are having your order processed for shipping. Processing time for most orders is just 3-4 business days, but sometimes we might need a little extra time due to volume, statutory holidays and stock availability. While processing time is different from shipping time, we’re doing everything we can to get your order ready as fast as possible.
We know you can’t wait to get your order, but hang tight: just as soon as your order is ready, you'll get an automated shipment notification letting you know your order is on the way with a handy tracking number for you to keep tabs.

Shipment status can be accessed from your automated shipment notification email and the courier’s website.
Please contact couriers directly for shipping inquiries. Most couriers do not ship on weekends and statutory holidays and tracking status may take up to 24 hours to be updated. Orders already shipped and en-route cannot be re-routed or re-delivered in any way.
