How do I cancel an order?
Send us a note at info@purafy.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist with cancelling if your order has not yet been fulfilled. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order at this point, but you can still return it for a refund once you receive it.
I haven't received my money from the cancelled order yet.
We process returns quickly, but it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to show on your credit card statement. Your bank should be able to assist if you have any questions.
Why was my order was cancelled?
Upon placing an order, an automated order email is sent confirming the intent of purchase. This confirmation email is not a contract. Orders may be cancelled due to:
- insufficient/no stock
- inability to authorize a credit card
- suspicion of fraudulent intent
